hello!! =)
im back wif friendster blog! i used to have this blog previously, but i turn to blogspot.com. Then, now dont know what happened, got problem logging in and i couldnt update my blog for quite sometime already!! huhu =(  for those interested juz visit nanaIn-me.blogspot.com.
ok, tomorrow, im gonna have mcq for obstetric and psychiatric posting. but im so lazy right now, and feel like writing this thing. we usually have mcq after 2 postings. obs was my first posting in semester 7. it was so tiring, but exciting. i love obs posting, yet didnt do really well during clinical exam. huhu… whatever pon, i learnt a  lot during obs posting. life and educational aspect.
now, im at the end of psychiatric posting. huhu.. i do feel sad to leave psy and the patients. i love talking to them. but, not easy to clerk them, coz they might change story everyday. and it take 3 days to built a good rapport with them.
studying medicine ni, make u learnt that anybody can get any illness at any time. no matter who u are, kaya, miskin, bijak, x bijak, cantik, x cantik… we dont know, maybe one day we’ll get schizophrenia? This remind me that we belong to the only One. our fate is in His hand. and we dont know what will happen to us tomorrow. Hanya Dia yg Maha Mengetahui, n Maha berkuasa. So, hanya padaNyalah, yang kita sembah, dan hanya padaNya tempat kita meminta pertolongan…

hmm… memanjangkan lagi my blog ni.. i wanna tell about today’s clinical exam.
i was as usual very nervous, yet try to look confident, n pray banyak2 in my heart. i was placed in one of the cubicles outside the ward. the anxiety got severe as i was waiting who will be my patient. then when dr zainab arrived with the patient.. i was like… Ya Allah!! hukhuk… he was the patient i used to see in the ward and said, ‘im gonna get him for exam!’
so, i got him lar…
initially, i thought its gonna be a disaster. u know why? my patient is toothless. so, his speech is very hard to understand, and as he has manic disorder, he speeks very fast. i felt terrible.
tp, Alhamdulillah, i still managed to get the history, because he was co-operative n willing to listen and follow me. =)
thus, it was not so bad. at least he’s kind to me. n my doa termakbul..
the case presentation, was ok2 je. normal for exam.. =)

orite. sekian for the time being. need to continue studying!!
